by purchasing from ADWOA THE LABEL you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of this contract.

 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchange

All sales are final, and no returns, replacements or refunds are permitted. However, if the product is deemed faulty prior to being worn/used, we are more than happy to accept your return. Claims for damaged items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. All returned items must be unworn, unused, unmarked and in the original condition with all the original tags. Upon receipt of your return all goods will be inspected and provided all conditions are satisfied we will process your exchange. Photo evidence of all original packaging is required to undergo an investigation. Any claims made outside this time frame may not be eligible for compensation. Please allow 2-5 days for it to be processed.

Refund

We do not offer refunds but will offer an exchange where an item is deemed faulty prior to use (see above).

Undelivered goods

We do not accept any responsibility for any loss or delay where you reject delivery by the courier, or an incorrect address is given. Whilst we will do our best to assist in this situation, we will not issue a refund unless your order is returned by the courier as non-deliverable. If your order has been returned as non-deliverable, we will issue a full refund (excluding delivery charges and handling fees). Goods returned as non-deliverable may incur extra fees by the courier which will be passed onto the original card holder.

 

If you miss a 1st attempt, the courier will re-attempt delivery 3 times before returning it back to us.
